Perigold needed to reconnect with an unengaged audience segment. The goal: reawaken interest and drive interaction with the brand’s premium offerings via email—a tricky challenge, as the audience had tuned out.
THE SOLUTION
Concept: Co-created with copywriter Julie Davis, the “Clicky Content” series featured bold, interactive, and visually compelling messaging crafted to spark second glances—and clicks.
Design & UX: Each email leveraged dynamic layouts, vivid imagery, and prominent calls-to-action that funneled readers straight to highlighted furniture pieces.
Tone: Lighthearted yet luxury-driven—refreshing and engaging, avoiding stuffy “subscribe-to-sell” vibes.
